Our covered pontoon boat will carry a small group, no more than 24, out onto the waters surrounding Hilton Head and the Pinckney Island National Wildlife Refuge. Our boats sit nice and low in the water during this 75-minute tour for optimal wildlife viewing.
On the nature cruise our guides will point out some of the residential dolphins by name and even show you how to tell them apart. You'll also learn all about dolphins and how they have adapted to the local ecosystem.

Hilton Head Mermaid Experience
Our mermaid experience tours are unique, special, and fun for the whole family. You won't find an experience quite like this anywhere else on Hilton Head Island!
Join Pinky Plankton and Sailor Scruffy on an adventure through the island's waters to search for Mermaid Nina on this 75-minute tour.
This tour is based on the children's book "The Mermaid's Friends," and includes temporary tattoos, bubble wands, and magic name tags for each child that grow into wildflowers when planted.
Once you find Mermaid Nina, she'll swim right up to the boat to talk to everyone onboard. You'll learn all about how she became the mermaid of Hilton Head and how she helps to protect her ocean friends.
You'll learn about what you can do to help protect the ocean's ecosystem and you'll even get to ask Mermaid Nina questions all about being a mermaid.
Adventure and surprise are everywhere as you will help to battle Mermaid Nina's arch nemesis, Professor Al G, before he traps Nina in a mermaid performance tank.
Each child gets an Ocean Ambassador Badge at the end of the tour and will likely have plenty of fun memories to take home as well.
