Strand feeding is a way that our local dolphins hunt and during low tide, we can sometimes catch a glimpse of strand feeding behavior during one of our boat tours. This hunting behavior is unique to Hilton Head and always exciting to watch. 

 

Our salt marshes offer more than just strand feeding dolphins. You may also see bald eagles, manatees, sea turtles, heron, osprey, sting rays, and on a rare occasion, you can even spot an alligator.
